View Record Links
View all links between a record and records in other data tables. Filter linked records by table, or view in a list or browse tree.
View links for a record
To view the links for a record, do one of the following:

Select the record in the Browse tree and then click View > Record Links.

On the record datasheet, click View > Record Links or click
for a particular table.
Change the table for which links are shown
In the Links window, select the table of interest from the list at the top. The view will alter to show records linked to the source record in the selected table.
View linked records in a list or a tree
The Links window can display the linked records for a (source) record as a list, or arranged in their tree hierarchy. To change the view, in the Links window:

Click
to view records in a list -
Click
to view records in a tree.
Notes
In List and Tree views, only the linked records are displayed.
