You can add new records to a comparison table from the Results pane of a selection project, or from anywhere that the record is listed or displayed by name. Do one of the following:
In the Results pane of the Select window:
Check the box to the left of the record name.
The record is added to the existing comparison table.
Find the record you want to add in either the Browse Tree, Results List, or on a Data Label on a chart.
Right-click the record name and select Add To Comparison Table.
The record is added to the comparison table.
There are several ways of removing a record from a comparison table. Do one of the following:
In the Comparison Table window:
Hover over the name of the record in the top row of the comparison table
Click on the pop-up
button.The record is removed from the comparison table.
In the Results pane of the Select window:
Clear the check box next to the record name.
The record is removed from the comparison table.
Select the record name in any of the following:
Right-click and select Remove from Comparison Table.
The record is removed from the comparison table.
You can clear the comparison table for a specific data table, or for all data tables in the current database.
On the main toolbar:
Click the Tools button, then point to Comparison Table > Clear
Do one of the following:
To clear the comparison table for a specific data table (such as MaterialUniverse), select the name of the data table from the list.
To clear the comparison table for every data table in the database, select All.
All records except the reference record are removed from the comparison table.
You can add a maximum of 20 records to a comparison table, including the reference record. If you try to add further records, they will not be added.
