Show or hide attributes with no data

Choose whether to display attributes on datasheets for records without that data.

To show or hide attributes on a datasheet that have no data:

  1. Click Tools > Settings.
  2. On the Datasheet tab, select or clear the Hide attributes with no data box.

Notes

This setting also applies to the record 'Links' to other tables.

This setting determines the display of all Datasheet windows.
