Add a record to favorites
Mark a record as a Favorite from the Browse panel, a results list, or chart.
- Find the record you want to add in either the Browse Tree, Results List, Search results, or on a Data Label on a chart.
- Right-click and select Add to Favorites.
- Select multiple records using CTRL+Click to select individual records, or SHIFT+Click for adjacent records.
A star appears next to the record name to indicate the record is a favorite. Click to see how favorites are displayed.Click to see how favorites are displayed.
The records within the folder 2xx.x series (Cu-alloyed) are marked as favorites. The folders Aluminum and Cast are marked with an unfilled star to indicate that records within these folders are favorites.
Notes
- Parent records of the favorite will become starred with an unfilled star in the browse tree.
- Adding a folder to favorites will also add all child records to favorites. However, if you add a folder from the Search results, it will NOT add the child records.
- The favorites list can be used to create a custom subset of selection data.
- The current favorites are saved in the current selection project.
